Every decision we make is validated. If we have a hunch, we test. If we have a guess, we verify. We believe the process of iterative design leads to better websites and exposes our clients to the least risk.

  1. Examine

    We review the data your site's analytics package has collected. Then we pick apart the user's experience, focusing on where you're losing them and where you'd like them to go. An examination of your site's speed is also conducted.

  2. Hypothesize

    Now that we've thoroughly considered your site's challenges, we come up with the solutions. We draw from our experience in the field and the latest research to formulate our strategies.

  3. Introduce

    We implement our proposed solutions through a series of tests, pitting older versions of your site against our innovations. This is also when we make the necessary changes to your architecture to improve load times.

  4. Monitor

    Then we watch the tests until enough data has been collected to confirm the result as valid. Unless the nature of the test dictates otherwise, we check a test's progress at least once a day. PDF reports are sent out once weekly to you.

  5. Enact

    Once a test reaches its valid conclusion we implement the victor and we inform you of our results.

  6. Repeat

    We examine how the changes we introduce affected the system as a whole and begin the process again. Here we may determine that more radical changes to the site are necessary and approach you with our ideas.

In our basic package this cycle will be iterated at minimum 12 times over the course of 3 months. This retention of our services costs just $1000 a month and we insist on entering into a contract of at least 3 months so we have ample time to collect data and run tests to completion. More advanced packages, such as a shopping cart system overhaul, are tailored to the client based on need.
